The lady manager was helpful and helped process a order over the phone by a disabled friend as I came in to pickup...Excellent customer.service along with great food
this establishment will never see me again after the horrible costumer service i received today. we got 2 patty melt combos. when we got home we noticed both burgers buns were burnt on both sides! I called to let them know and they said okay we’ll remake. i drove from home back to five guys and the new patty melts were already ready...
