The first associate who greeted me in the service dept. was totally outstanding, her GUEST skills were what I was most impressed with. The waiting area was great, maybe a complimentary coffee machine for our time waiting, but a major concern. The service guy very nice and the gal at the desk outside the waiting area super friendly! My experience was what it should always be when your the GUEST. FABULOUS!
