Dealship hung up on me when I asked about the brakes they were supposed to change upon purchase but did not. Had a good experience up until now. But that was unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone to purchase a car there based on that alone.

My father went to buy a part. The guy in parts dressed in a hoodie is lazy rude and unprofessional. He told my father a part was discontinued. He went to Scap in Fairfield and not only where they nice friendly and professional; they had the party. They gave him a print out to see the part. Also they gave him a discount without asking. You are losing out on a lot of business with people like this wake up!!!
Stay clear of Fitzpatrick's -- They will screw you unless it benefits them!!
