Absolutely traumatizing it’s been years since I last spoke to him and till this day I think about all the nasty things he’s said to me I am truly scarred.

Diagnostic exam and initial was very cursory and psychologically unsophisticated. Did not maintain neutrality in assessing program of correction. Overspiritualized his recommendations. Persisted in setting up appointments without any indication of where we were heading or what goals we are trying to achieve. Writings are very helpful and comprehensive but I’m not paying top dollar to be referred to writings I can access on the web for free. It was clear during each session that he had made notes

This man is old school, out of touch with patient needs and should retire before others are cast away by his self preserving tactics.

This is a doctor that I assume is close to retirement, and therefore not willing to go that little extra for patients who need it. He has the incapacity to question patients more deeply and diagnose properly. He attempts to fit patients into his cookie-cutter mold based on an unpublished book he is finishing. He should stick to articles and commentary and stop harming patients.

If the review allowed for no stars, that would have been my rating; however, since a star is required, I selected one. The doctor has questionable standards on patient confidentiality and overtly judges a non-client's motivations and behavior (via USPS letter) based strictly on what he has heard from a client in therapy. Did not request an appointment to speak to the aggrieved non-client before asserting his opinion regarding that person.
