I can’t imagine using any other realtor. Harry is very experienced and he helped me negotiate the perfect $10k discount after the inspection. Also very helpful in keeping the deal together as I had a couple issues fulfilling conditions and needed a few extra days. Harry is a pro and as a first time homebuyer I was thrilled to have someone so knowledgeable on my side. On top of that he swings by today with a cheque for $5600. Why would you use anybody else?
