They're not terrible. But they're not the great you expect when you run a Petebilt. They have everything they need reach status they get from being Peterbilt dealer. They're just not reaching it. Especially not in the trucker's lounge. 😢 Bathroom door bolted shut and no water in there. The AC into in the wall has seen better days. Trash on the floor that looks like it's been there for days. This place is horrible for anyone needing parts. I’ve been trying to call for 2 days. No one answers in parts. I selected service one time and they answered but asked for my number so parts could call back. I told him I left several messages with parts but no one has called back. I would suggest if you’re in the Birmingham area; do not buy a peterbuilt. You can not get parts for it and you will for sure need parts! Parts employees don’t know how to look up parts. Have given us wrong parts and part numbers the past 5 orders. Not worth the trouble
Had a DEF issue while on the road and they told us we needed a new filter... about $8k and less then a year later the same issue but different Peterbilt shop and we have to replace Fitzgeralds work due to improper installation
