After attempting to contact the owner for an ongoing issue with my vehicle I was notified to take my concerns to Montgomery county consumer affairs. We were lied to in order for a salesman to sell a vehicle. Our car continues to vibrate to this day. The Fitzgerald team and Hyundai motor America do not care. I requested to speak to Mr. Fitzgerald or his sister a number of months ago and have yet to hear back from him. RecommendedI hit a submerged object driving through a deep puddle yesterday and the car started making a funny noise. I called this morning and brought the car in and they fixed it super fast and washed it. They did not charge for labor and the total cost was less than $7.
My wife and I took our new vehicle to this location instead of the other Fitzgerald for attempt number 7 on our new car for a constant vibration. After the car was in the shop for a week at this location the car was not fixed. My wife requested to speak to Mr. Fitzgerald regarding our numerous concerns. 2 months later we have yet to hear from him. My wife and I would be happy to update our reviews once the issue is fixed and the owner has the decency to call us back.
Great place to buy a car if you like to be taken advantage off. The finance department is a classless bunch.
Had issues with my car and wasn't too sure about the deal we made, but I have to say that the service follow up I received was excellent. People actually bothered calling me back to check on the problems I was having and they followed up in less than an hour! The staff is amazing and the service crew rocks � specially Lester and Kevin. Thank you for taking care of us.
6 years of terrible customer service, long waits & expensive. Wish I had been more suspicious of the "excellent" ratings people have posted.
