Craig Collins was my sales specialist extraordinaire. He was very friendly, helpful, and patient with me. He is the best salesman I have ever dealt with. His boss, Jake, was pretty incredible also. I dealt with Jake when Craig was not available The dealer ship worked with me when I would have the full amount for a couple days. I even. Got to meet the owner, Mr. Fitzgerald. I definitely am a fan of the Fitzway.

Best customer Service EVER. Snack baskets, pizza, no screaming kids, polite professional staff. As long as we are in MD, this is our place. HG Doesn’t hold a candle to Fitz Way!

HUGE Kudos go out to my service advisor Kevin M. at Fitzgerald Hyundai. My previous experiences have not been they great but that all changed on my most recent trip. I needed a new transmission and expected it to take months. Not only did it take less than a few weeks but Kevin kept me informed of the status. I didn’t have to keep calling...he called me and was always very courteous. If you want great service...always ask for Kevin.

After attempting to contact the owner for an ongoing issue with my vehicle I was notified to take my concerns to Montgomery county consumer affairs. We were lied to in order for a salesman to sell a vehicle. Our car continues to vibrate to this day. The Fitzgerald team and Hyundai motor America do not care. I requested to speak to Mr. Fitzgerald or his sister a number of months ago and have yet to hear back from him. We purchased our vehicle in April and it has yet to operate normally, nor have we been able to enjoy it. Buy anywhere else but one of the Fitzgerald locations.

I hit a submerged object driving through a deep puddle yesterday and the car started making a funny noise. I called this morning and brought the car in and they fixed it super fast and washed it. They did not charge for labor and the total cost was less than $7.

My wife and I took our new vehicle to this location instead of the other Fitzgerald for attempt number 7 on our new car for a constant vibration. After the car was in the shop for a week at this location the car was not fixed. My wife requested to speak to Mr. Fitzgerald regarding our numerous concerns. 2 months later we have yet to hear from him. My wife and I would be happy to update our reviews once the issue is fixed and the owner has the decency to call us back.
