Our vision is to make fitwell the premier, family-focused fitness and wellness center serving you and the Medina Valley community. We offer a state of the art gym featuring treadmills, stationary bikes, elliptical cross-trainers, summit climbers, Life Fitness machines, Plate Loaded Hammer Strength, free weights and Life Fitness Synergy360. We have an extensive selection of instructor-led classes for every fitness level. fitwell is also home to Fitness on Demand which offers virtual classes and workouts of every type.

I do not have to drive 20 miles for Zumba, anymore. The instructors are awesome.
Friendly people and great place to workout...has everything thing you need for a healthy living
The hardest step is walking in the front door. Everyone is so helpful. Begin where you need to but don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone. All the Coaches are great !
I gave y'all a 5 star!!!! I'd give it a 10 star if it went that high!!! I've never felt better & improved my overall health & well being since I started here a little over a year ago!! I've lost pounds & inches & gained strength from the many classes I do with the awesome trainers in every one of them!! The staff, coaches/trainers are outstanding & extremely knowledgeable!! I enjoy the classes and the trainers. Alice D. Has put together a team that really cares about their members. Alan Gentry, a trainer and Tribe coach, has helped me move closer to reaching my goals and I love it!
