Our vision is to make fitwell the premier, family-focused fitness and wellness center serving you and the Medina Valley community. We offer a state of the art gym featuring treadmills, stationary bikes, elliptical cross-trainers, summit climbers, Life Fitness machines, Plate Loaded Hammer Strength, free weights and Life Fitness Synergy360. We have an extensive selection of instructor-led classes for every fitness level. fitwell is also home to Fitness on Demand which offers virtual classes and workouts of every type.

Got a massage earlier this week,... I tried the suction cup therapy with Stephanie. It was very relaxing and relived a lot of tension in my back. Definitely worth it 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I went in for a massage that was very much needed, and OMG, Stephanie was amazing! I was so relaxed the entire time, and got awesome sleep that day! Will definitely go back to her, If you haven’t gotten your massage by her, your missing out!! 🤩
I’ve had several massages with Stephanie and she has some magic hands. I would recommend her to anyone. She also does Cupping and Hot Stones. Amazing.
Staff is friendly and super helpful. Clean facilities. Lots of equipment but you don’t feel like your in a workout warehouse. Also, there are tons of opportunities to participate in instructor led classes as part of your membership. Great gym!
Stephanie is probably the BEST masseuse I’ve ever had!! I’ve gotten a few massages and never had anyone as thorough as her! She’s got the perfect touch and leaves me feeling amazing every time! Her attention to detail is great and has always done an AMAZING job!
