Our vision is to make fitwell the premier, family-focused fitness and wellness center serving you and the Medina Valley community. We offer a state of the art gym featuring treadmills, stationary bikes, elliptical cross-trainers, summit climbers, Life Fitness machines, Plate Loaded Hammer Strength, free weights and Life Fitness Synergy360. We have an extensive selection of instructor-led classes for every fitness level. fitwell is also home to Fitness on Demand which offers virtual classes and workouts of every type.

Love the friendliness and the atmosphere. Awesome staff. Jorge-PT is amazing and helpful. Due to a error, MV Fitwell was nice enough to upgrade my massage to 1 hr. Elan rocks. And you can beat that customer service.
What I love the best it feels like I get personalized training in all the classes.

The gym is always clean and well kept, the staff and coaches are extremely nice and super encouraging! They never hesitate to answer any questions when it comes to your fitness needs or concerns. The classes they offer for their members are challenging but so rewarding!
Stephanie has been such a huge help to me! She has been helping me by relieving my stiff neck, shoulders and upper back...(all the tightness that comes from carrying babies around). It has made a tremendous difference in the way I feel and my flexibility/movements. My only regret is that I waited so long to do something about it. I am very grateful for her time and expertise! 😊
