Stephanie Kinkle is an amazing masseuse! I have a medical condition and Stephanie made me feel comfortable while getting my massage. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking at having a relaxing and comfortable experience!
RecommendedI used to work out here before I moved further away and think it is an awesome gym with great staff. If you want a great massage I also recommend seeing Stephanie. She knows how to really work out the problem areas while still making you feel relaxed.

I joined the gym about three weeks ago and am loving all that it has to offer, from personal training to small group classes that really challenge you and help your overall fitness level improve incrementally! If you've ever considered joining a gym, this is the one to choose!
I live downtown s.a. and have a golds membership. Usually only come here when i work outside by castroville, but i love this gym. Not just the classes and equipment but the staff and other members. Such a friendly enviroment . This is by far my favorite gym.
