I've lost 35 pounds in the last few months by eating right and working out. I really couldn't have done it without going to the gym, and having Fitness Xpress only two minutes from my house has made it so easy! The facility is clean and comfortable, and has all the equipment I need. The membership fees are awesome and the proximity to home is perfect.
Love this gym. Very quiet and do t have to wait for machines to work on!!
I love how clean the club is and it is never crowded when I go. I do wish it was bigger in the weight area and i wish they had a rowing machine. I also never watch television and would prefer to watch out the window when on the treadmill, so it would be nice if a few of the machines didn't have the televisions.

Great gym was traveling for work and ended up using the facility for the week. Friendly staff and good selection of equipment/free weights.
I have been a member of this gym for 2 years. Its a very clean gym. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend! :)
