This gym is fantastic. It has a ton of different workout equipment spread out over the facility's four floors. It has long hours, and usually is pretty empty in the morning (my last gym was packed by 5:30). Even if you have a lot of company, there are tons of cardio machines, along with two entire floors of weights for you to use. The staff is super friendly and always happy to help if something is amiss. Last but not least, you won't find a better value. Outstanding gym!
There's always someone there to greet you with a smile. The room with the heavy Bag is my favorite and I like that they allow me to Bring in my martial arts weapons.
I've been a member here for 19 years! The BEST gym in town! Excellent equipment, AWESOME classes, wonderful people! We are truly FAMILY! 🏼🏼🏼🏼💪🏼❤️
great pool- not crowded at all and a nice place i enjoyed it
