Fitness Works is a great family gym with the equiptment of a big gym! LOVE LOVE LOVE this gym! I have never liked going to the gym, but the classes are terrific and the instuctors know what they are doing! The staff is so friendly and willing to help! Steam room, hot tub and sauna as well!
As Gyms Go OK Who likes to go to the gym. Not me. The only reason I go is because I'm afraid of arthritis setting in. The front staff always greats you with a smile and the instructors are knowledgeable.
they were just okay I felt like if you weren't a pretty person (shape wise) they did not pay great attention to you. I mean don't get me wrong, the equiptment is great and accessible if you go in the off hours. But otherwise it is just another fitness place.
