Worst possible gym I have ever been to Was made one offer, then sold something else, bait and switch. Do not pay for a full year up front. Will not be going back to this gym. Shouldn't have paid for the full membership. Now I've been trying to cancel and they are not returning calls, and won't respond to emails.

Horrendous Service - Don't Count On What You Are Told The gym itself is small but decent. However, the customer service is horrendous. After becoming ill last year I called and asked for my training account to be put on hold. I was too sick to go in face-to-face but received a call back from a "manager" named Alex, who said left a message on my voicemail stating my account would be on hold "through March." not for the imperfect, new, fragile, overweight/unpretty Kids zone staff is nice but untrained in offerings, activities, etc. Kid zone seems ok for younger ones but my school-aged kids were really unimpressed by a roomful of toddler/preschool kids. Very high pressure sales staff that wouldn't accept the fact that I didn't want to share my fitness goals with them. Kept saying he'll get in trouble if he doesn't ask me these questions and I don't give him answers. Also lots of pressure to sign up for contract. Will go to a coup... read more

DO NOT JOIN!!!! I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. They are nothing but liars and crooks. I specifically told them I did not want a contract, just a pay as you go to make sure that was what I wanted. Eddie agreed and said all you have to do is come in and tell me you don't want a membership any more and he would cancel it. That is exactly what I did. He supposedly cancelled the contract I was not supposed to have. Low and behold, I continued to be billed!!!! NOTHING BUT LIARS!!!!!!

GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Don't go to this gym unless you want a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! They blatantly lie to you when you sign up so DON'T TRUST ANYTHING THEY SAY! They told me to sign up for their most expensive package with the option of switching to the less expensive one if I decided to change jobs... news flash... they won't do it. They are liars and basically thieves!

WHAT i can't hear you IF YOU JOIN THIS GYM BRING EAR PLUGS.. very very annoying arobics classes they have the music up as loud as it will go, and you can still hear them with earplugs in,, damn i want out of this gym,,, when you are working out with a partner you have to literally yell at each other to ear.. even the clas on the floor they turn the music up like 20 nothches to loud.. would not reccomend this place to my worst enemy

What is wrong with the Gyms in Phoenix? Had a 2-year contract with these people - they only honored part of the contract. Not happy with the facility or the gym. Would like to get my money back.

gym This is a very nice gym. I have received two complementary memberships, and I've enjoyed using them both!! When I have more time, I will definitely go back! Good class list, locker rooms are nice, cycle class, and a pool.
