I really enjoy going to Zumba classes at Momentum Fitness. However my Zumba class with Lee, the time recently changed from 6pm to 6:30pm. This is inconvenient for me and others I have talked to. Wish they could change her Tuesday evening class back to 6pm.
I would still like more free weights and machines and fewer televisions. Expanding the hours on Saturday and Sunday is an excellent initial move: Good Work!
Very clean, attractive and well-equipped gym with friendly knowledgeable staff. Lots of fitness classes and personal attention if you want it. Reasonable fees too
Had a great workout today when I went in to check out the facility. Excellent staff, very helpful and courteous.
Larry and I love the new look and feel of the gym. Momentum Fitness keep up the great work!!!
