Last December I visited Momentum Fitness and renewed my membership from the previous facility at that location. I met Drew, shared my workout history (not consistent), and my goals and needs. He was kind, knowledgeable, and at my request, suggested a trainer. I started training once a week with Lizz, and we've been at it ever since. In addition to trigger point therapy, yoga, and some serious stretching, I have cardio and strength workouts. She has kept me on track, holds me accountable, and I thank her for that. I love Momentum Fitness!!! Such an upbeat and friendly environment. It’s always clean and staff are super nice. I’ve been doing trigger point sessions with Lizz Hykel for the past two months, and have noticed a significant improvement in mobility. She is extremely knowledgeable in her area of expertise. I feel great after our sessions!! It is evident that Lizz loves what she does in helping others. Thanks Lizz 💙

I love the way Momentum gives me a balanced workout each day. Strength, cardio, and I love my core workout with Tara on Thursday mornings! One of these days, I WILL balance on one leg on the BOSU without wobbling!! ���
Friendly staff and customers. Equipment is well maintained. Trainers are great!
