RecommendedLizz Hykel is an excellent trainer. She begins work with a client at their fitness level, but before long they are stronger than they imagined they could or would be. She explains the why of what she asks a person to do. She is easy to understand and makes a person want to do more. She has the ability to add trigger point therapy to a workout when needed. Momentum is great, the staff are friendly and helpful. I went there to work with someone who could help me out with an old injury. Lizz is phenomenal at every aspect of what she does. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient in answering a plethora of questions, able to clearly explain things, and adept at providing modifications and innovative workouts. I have been going to this gym since October and I love it. The staff/trainers are awesome!
My trainer Arron is awesome. I was super nervous to start going to the gym for the first time in years and he’s definitely made me a lot more comfortable. I’d recommend him to anyone who is in the same boat I was! Love this place.

The staff here are great! They're friendly, willing to help & knowledgeable. The owner also puts money back into the business by adding new equipment. Great gym!
