RecommendedI love to come workout at Momentum Fitness every morning. I’d say that I go because of the state-of-the-art equipment, the IG model trainers, and the positive and energetic vibe of the gym...but when it really comes down to it, that’s not why I’m hooked. I go at strategic times of morning to catch peeks of Cody Dickinson. His muscles, outfits, and dances keep me coming back. He’s my MCM but not just on mondays
Have committed to another Personal Trainer series with JEFF WEBB.Though the desired changes still seem a long reach, I appreciate Jeff's training approach. Weight training experiences have developed in helpful ways and his approach feels solid. Appreciate his preparation and engaged manner for every session. Knowledgeable trainer = trust and joy in the process.
The staff at Momentum has really picked up their game. The trainers have a very functional approach that focuses on whole body fitness. I’m looking forward to seeing what the launch of their new Elevate O2 brings. Get Mo Fit with Momentum.

Bootcamp style classes, heart rate monitored classes, barre , Insanity , Zumba , free weights , cardio machines , no reservation for classes It’s like 5 boutique gyms rolled into one awesome facility !!
I’m going to miss momentum fitness while I’m in New Jersey for the summer. But excellent facilities friendly staff
