The new relax and restore update is awesome! They have a new bigger sauna, red light therapy, massage chair, cryo chair, red light mask, and a massage gun. Well worth the few extra bucks a month. Any questions Ross and his team got your back!
Best gym in Morris. New sauna is hot, clean, and newly renovated! Super nice.
The whole staff are amazing! I can't say enough about the cryolounge Fitness Premier added! I woke up this morning and could barely walk. I have severe arthritis and no cartilage in both hips. 15 minutes in the chair brings down the inflammation and helps get me moving a better with less pain.
I was skeptical on the new relax room. But its 100% worth it!! The sauna is hotter than ever and the massage chair and red light therapy are amazing! Highly recommend trying it out.
