One of a kind; you won't find a fitness facility like it in HRM. If you want unique pieces of equipment, motivated members and a change from cookie cutter gyms with poor etiquette, highly recommend FX. The owner and staff understand the fitness community and it shows in their design and execution. Very friendly and welcoming to all levels, easy to feel comfortable regardless of what stage you are, whether your seasoned or new to the gym, you'll find everything you need and more.
Hands down best gym in nova-scotia if not all of the east coast. Great environment friendly staff passionate owner.
It's an ok gym for bodybuilding overall. The downsides are some staffs were very rude and some influencers are inconsiderate with personal spaces. The equipments are generally well-maintained.
