Good workout facility, clean racquetball courts, the staff are beyond friendly and encouraging.
Fitness evolution at Monticello frequently offers new and exciting different group exercise classes. today I tried the paddle board class that Incorporated yoga balance core strength and cardio all altogether, it was awesome amazingly different, challenging and fun!! Loved it
