I absolutely love the Tuesday 5.30pm social bike ride. It's a great way to get out with my road bike and go for nice ride with others!!

I have only been going to this gym for over 2 months, but I'm very thankful for the people who work there, especially Lyssa Lovejoy and Amanda! They helped me with meal planning today as part of the Crazy 8 boot camp I've been doing at the gym with my husband. After getting a lot of the healthy foods they suggested, we're set for eating healthier!
