RecommendedVery friendly and helpful staff. I took the TBC class with Kevin yesterday and it kicked my butt! He motivated me through the entire workout. There is also a pool and a sauna for after your workout. Definitely recommend Fitness Evolution.
Lifting with exchange usually amounts to the equal size and or weight.. this location often coordinates the alignment with the elliptical and treadmill on the odd days.
Very clean, friendly staff, and has all of the machines I could ever need. I love coming here when I’m home from college!
A big draw for me is that my kids love the childcare; if they fought to stay home it would be harder to go on a regular basis but they always have a blast. It’s always clean and welcoming and I enjoy this location! The one thing I will say is I wish they had a family membership so our whole family could join.
Very friendly staff! They always have fun and different activities going on for members. Always my go to gym when I’m home from college.
Evo has one of the most welcoming and friendly staff I’ve known to be in charge of a gym. I love the more old school feel to the gym, iron weights and the different activities and recourses available!
Lyssa the general manager was very accommodating and very generous to my brother and I. Definitely recommend getting a membership here!
