I've asked them to cancel my membership multiple times since they bought it from the rock pile. They have sent me to collections twice! I paid the first one and asked them to cancel it again. Now I am in collections a second time. Worst customer service I've ever experienced

Gym is okay but the personal trainers are treated like garbage. My wife was fired when she told her boss she wouldn't work for free. Any "deal" you're given on training is take out of the pocket of the trainers. Also if you are being given a "free" hour of training that is the trainer being told they must do it for free, not the owner taking the hit and paying the trainers even minimum wage.
Was a long time member back when it was rock pile, the new management is awful. Manager was going to correct me and my friend for something we did cursed at us and talked to us like we were kids and then threatened to kick us out and cancel our memberships so we both told him to cancel them that we don’t want to be disrespected like that.
Nice staff, very clean, nice range of equipment, all you need for a great workout even on vacation!
Great facility! Lots of weights and new equipment. We will definitely come back on our next visit!
Visiting as an evacuee from Key West. The staff was so nice to me & very accommodating in getting me a short term membership so I could have some sort of normalcy in my life right now. Met a few members who were also very nice.
