This gym is on a RAPID down hill slide. Used to be a nice gym. New management and it is terrible. They can’t afford to hire a professional cleaning company so supposedly the employees “clean it themselves”... the men’s locker hasn’t been cleaned in weeks and you can smell it from the main gym floor. When I complained to the manager because all 3 toilets are stopped up with filth all over the seats as well as the floor... he replied “that’s just what happens throughout the day, we have it handled”. Clean gym. Plenty of equipment (free weights and machines) and plenty of space. It's well maintained with friendly staff.
I have never experienced such a disorganized gym. They can't keep employees. Have a lack of employees. A disaster!
Went twice while on vacation this year and it was wonderful. I would recommend this gym to anyone!!!!! Thanks guys for a great experience!!!
Signed up when it was rockpile I worked on the beach so I Went on my lunch breaks. I no longer work on the beach so I called to cancel . I was told I had to come in to do the paperwork to cancel I live about an hour away I told the manager I would like the paperwork emailed to me he said no. Told me if I quit paying I would be turned over to collections. That is what I call great customer service.
Good gym, plan on coming back in July! Had a good selection of equipment.
My ex opened an account in my name with no information to give them besides my name about 2 years ago. They don't even have the correct date of birth or address for me but now I am getting letters and calls from a collection agency that I owe them almost $400. I have never stepped foot in the facility. How professional is it to open an account for someone that doesn't even show identification?
