Japeth is the greatest trainer I've ever worked with. He is whipping my butt into shape and he doesn't let you quit. Oh and it's cool that the place has FREE secure parking and is open 24 hours.
Great gym, good equiptment with TV and no contract.
This gym is a pretty good deal. I do love the 24hrs. But the background music is AWFUL and too loud. Locker rooms poor, seem... moist. Machines good, usually available even during peak hours. B-

Take Boot Camp and feel the burn!
This is a 24/hr gym and has a much better price than Gold's, etc.
