I love this gym. It's cheap and never crowded. Staff is friendly but doesn't pester.

You get what you pay for. After 6yrs with LaFitness I honest wasn't impressed. It feels like an over size apt complex gym. On a scale of 1-10 (10 being great) I give it a 4!
May is off to a rough start so its time for some stress relief to keep my head clear.
