Want a much more effective workout, try a trainer. I use Tom Murphy. Lost 24 pounds in 8 weeks and building some good muscle.
This club would be so much better if the equipment worked all of the time.

A great gym with even a better price. I work out 2x a day, before work and during lunch. Friendly staff. I highly recommend this place to all people that work in the area.
