Love this gym! Happy my friend recommended it. Great price, very clean, lots of equipment, variety of classes longer than 30 minutes. Get your Yoga, strength and cardio On! Afterwards use the sauna, steam room or pool! Friendly staff is consistent and did I mention clean?!

The gym is big, has lots of machines, and the sauna is great
I enjoy attending Fit Nation. There are a variety of amenities to try each day. Always open showers, steam room, etc. If the ladies workout room is busy because women are stretching, lifting hand weights, I start in another workout area and come back. People keep on moving. Friendly staff, clean facility, plenty of parking
Love the expanded Women's Fitness Area! And the ARC trainer (glider). Great idea!
