RecommendedFor the new mom, there is no other place like it for the money! You can bring the kids every day for two hours, which means workout and a shower! Some days I even skip the workout, and take a few mins in the hot tub or steam room. It is amazing to have a group of super awesome ladies looking after your little ones just so you can shower and feel fresh again. I would have never made through the first year without this place.

I reccomend everything!!! the equipment is good there's a lot of equipment and the staff is so friendly and always willing to help if needed.
