They have good machines for u to work out your legs,back and arms!!!!
I am there at least 4 days a week, I love the TRX class led by Kerry, I have learned a lot from her. I recently joined Yoga and am enjoying this class as well.

What a wonderful experience 💪🏾. I’m visiting from NJ and stopped in for a work out and got WORKED OUT. .. thank you Steve for Body Attack... afterwards stayed for BodyPump 👍🏾👏🏾👏🏾What an amazing instructor...AIM is showing.

Its a great all around fitness facility and it has an Awesome Front Room where We conduct one of our Little Dragons Classes, Saturday Mornings at 10:30 am and one of our HapKiDo classes at 11:15am Saturday Mornings! Come on By Saturdays and let Your 4 to 8 year old try out Little Dragons and then stay for Hapkido for 13 year olds and above, enjoy some stretching and self defense.
