I found the gym(Jenine) when I was still very pregnant. I contacted her about post partum individual training sessions. A few months later, during post partum I reached back out. I am soon to be 51 and have been working out at this gym for months now. I love the coaches, the location, classes, people, each workout is different, no competition, different ages, everyone wants the best for you, coaches CORRECT your form, they do a lot outside the gym to help others, they have fun things during the months to participate in and you want to go back!!!!!! This place is more than a gym. It feels like a very welcoming fitness community. The instructors, Jenine and Joe, are incredibly responsive, supportive, and encouraging. They genuinely care about their members and it shows. Thanks to their guidance and workouts, I have more confidence and discipline with a desire to work out. I am so incredibly grateful to have found this place! One of the best decisions I’ve made for myself was deciding to join this gym.

Best gym I have ever been to. I have been to several gyms and felt very uncomfortable and really did not know what I was doing. My first time here the instructors showed me the correct way to do it very sweet people who genuinely care about their members. Would 100% recommend this gym.
