Brandon is a beast and if you think you're in shape he will show you your not lol. At the same time he will not ask you to do anything you are not capable of doing so you will not be injured. He will simply get the best out of you which is the best for you ! And I am not in great shape and I don't feel awkward in front of the people we are training with. Looking forward to tomorrow's session !
I've been with FitDestiny and Brandon since day 1. This is a great Fit Family.
Been working with Brandon for a while and he has changed my life around. I am stronger, I am healthier and I am happier! My husband and daughter joined his boot camp and my youngest daughter does personal training with him, which has gotten her the strongest she's ever been in her basketball career.
