When I joined Fit Destiny in November 2017 I had not been working out for a very long time and my weight was at an all time high. Four months later it was the best decision I could have made. Brandon is such a dedicated coach and truly cares about your success! His group classes are wonderful and he always makes sure you are using the right amount of weights, and doing each exercise correctly and safely. Being a recent blood Cancer Survivor and literally fighting for my life only 2 years ago with stage 4, and living in a wheelchair for months, this kind of workout was just something I thought I would watch others do, but with trainer Brandon listening to my story and adjusting all my exercises in order to accommodate my limitations, I can now do workouts that I was not able to do prior to even having Cancer.
