Is there any refund or compensation for members while the gym is closed due to construction? It doesn’t make sense that we’re still paying full membership fees when we can’t use the facilities. Not everyone can travel to another location. There has also been no clear communication about when the construction will be finished or whether members will be compensated.

Hi team, I’m really disappointed. The gym has been closed for over 2 weeks now and I’m still being charged. I also haven’t received any updates about when it will reopen. I don’t drive, so going to other locations takes me over an hour each way, which just isn’t doable for me. At this point I think it’s only fair to pause billing for closing time.

When are you going to reopen the gym? No communication with members , it is ridiculous. This gym has been closed for 3 weeks and you are still charging the clients.
