The workouts here are awesome!!! The trainers and staff are so friendly. The trainers always explain the exercises with proper form and safety in mind.
The trainers and staff are the best at Fit36 in the Denver Highlands. I have been going to classes for about a month now and every week my body is a "good" sore as I'm working muscles that have been neglected over the years. Thanks Fit36 for turning me into a HIIT maniac.
