Fit36 is the best. I love that there is a variety of exercises so you don't get bored. The instructors are amazing and very helpful when needing to modify your workout. Would recommend this gym to everyone.
RecommendedI've been looking for something to change up my workouts without getting bored or overworked and Fit36 has been that workout I've been looking for. Keeps challenging me as well as helping me with my core strength that will benefit my outdoor activities I do regularly. Great location, great coaches, great workout.

Found a workout I love again! Fit36 keeps me motivated, determinedand, holds me accountable. I have lost weight, toned up and have met some awesome people! Definitely check it out if you want to get away from the meatheads and gym chaos!
RecommendedWorkouts have good variety focusing on the entire body. The trainers at the highlands location are wonderful. The group holds you accountable for the entire 36 minutes and maximizes the calorie burn in short time.
