I love FIT36! I have never done the same workout twice and always leave feeling accomplished! The trainers are there to help with modifications if needed and are very encouraging.

I’m just finishing my free trial and loving it! It’s love/hate right now given how out of shape I am, but even though I’m having to do less than other people I can definitely feel this giving me a way better work out than going to the gym myself. The atmosphere is so encouraging, from the owner and trainers to the other people going, and I don’t feel judged despite being on the very out of shape spectrum of the class. Highly recommend!

I was bored with my old exercise routine and the Fit36 concept really helped me kickstart new workouts. The staff is so friendly and I feel so welcome. The trainers are excellent and they help me with modifications I need due to old injuries. They also host some challenges and Happy Hours. Bottom line - check them out - you won't be sorry!

� the julian location �36 mins workout! I was in a car accident and have slowly been trying to get back to my ole self. The trainers are great ! They give me modifcations that i can do until i.m stronger :) I was worried about being tbe weakest link lol but i don.t feel intimidated. A motivating and enjoyable place to workout. �� thumbs up. #frani
