I recommend FIT to anyone I talk to who mentions Lower Back Pain or neck, shoulder or muscle strains. I hurt my lower back for the first time this year and lived with it spasming on and off for 6 months until I finally decided to call FIT. Seeing them 2 times a week for just a month, I was able to fully rotate again, jump and even jog without the thought of having a back spasm. Amazing! Forget what you thought you knew about Chiropractic care! You will know it the minute that you walk in the door. They really care about their patients! They will listen to you and spend time with you to really figure out what is going on. I can't say enough about them! THE BEST!
