I recommend FIT to anyone I talk to who mentions Lower Back Pain or neck, shoulder or muscle strains. I hurt my lower back for the first time this year and lived with it spasming on and off for 6 months until I finally decided to call FIT. Amazing! Forget what you thought you knew about Chiropractic care! You will know it the minute that you walk in the door. They really care about their patients! They will listen to you and spend time with you to really figure out what is going on. I can't say enough about them! THE BEST!
I had the Gastron and dry needling Monday. I woke up today and for the first time in possibly two years and no pain in my calf muscle in my left legs. The right leg was significantly reduced. I am so happy. I thought all the pain was from arthritis as the pain made me walk like an old lady until everything got loose. I am going for a run and I am so happy. Thank you Adam.
