I have been doing this boot camp for 3 years and nothing compares to it. Before this boot camp I was an avid runner and sustained a back injury. I still remember the conversation I had with Mitch when I was fearful that boot camp would be awful for my back. After a few days I was completely and totally hooked and still am to this day. If I could I would also give this program a 0. A complete scam as other people have said. Crappy facilities, instructors who do nothing to assist you in your form or help you to progress, they make you download a free app and basically count your calories and then post it. And Mitch comments great job or do better, eat more protein less fat/carbs- common sense really. And like people say it is not a 6 week program. They try to lie and get you into the program and then keep charging you. Don't waste your time or money!
If i could give 0 stars i would. *This is not a 6 week program this is a membership, this is very misleading. They will charge your CC $159 without your knowledge, which is completely unrefudable.* The trainer at the scarsdale location doesn't even look at you she's constantly looking at her stopwatch but tells you did a terrific job, how does she even know. Don't join here you will regret it!

Terrible! Went to the Scarsdale location. The instructor SUCKED! Two nights in a row and she did the same exercises while not looking up at all from her stopwatch. Barely speaks English, doesn't interact AT ALL. Never introduced herself to us and didn't bother even asking our names. You don't get anything like what is advertised - no wonder there were only 4 people at the class including myself and my friend. Boring and a waste of money.
It keeps me sane!!! Gives me strength and takes away body pains and replaces it with rejuvenation!!! Enough said...
be very careful if you sign up for this, apparently there is a lot of fine print that you MUST read. I signed on for one 6 week class and they have continued to charge me $159 a month, even though I only used it twice. it's a bit of a scam!
