Scarsdale class is nothing like photos or as advertised. Very poor instruction and management of class. The instructor watched as a class full of people performed exercises incorrectly and dangerously, all while telling everyone they were doing a "perfect" job. I'm afraid these classes will lead to someone getting injured. Very disappointed with the instructor and class overall. The class left me feeling concerned for the people who are trying to get in shape and don't realize they're being misled.
Great sessions, they definitely know how to get results.

THE worst customer service EVER. Be prepared to sign up without being allowed to see the place or ask questions, as questions are seen as excuses to not join or "flags" that shows that one is not serious about the program, therefore one should be "weed out", as "there's no time to waste with this type of customer". Not to mention I was called "insane" (with every single letter in the word) and treated as a loser even before I sign up. And all because I asked if I could come to see the location and the class....
