RecommendedI have been training with Orlaith Carson for over a year and she is the best. I had experience with trainers from other gyms and no ones compares to her workouts. She is prepared every week to push me to my limits. Orlaith understands what each individual needs. She understands how the body works. She has helped me learn proper form and I have truly become stronger. I can’t say enough how grateful I am for her knowledge, support, and encouragement.
I started personal training with Orlaith over the summer. I have definitely made progress, since then! Orlaith is an awesome trainer and makes the training sessions enjoyable. She has a great personality and is motivating, makes burpees actually fun! If personal training isn't what you are looking for, check out Orlaith's great pilates class!

I love Fit Factory for so many reasons but especially the variety that they have available to you at all times. We all know easy it is to fall off schedule with a work out routine or lose motivation BUT with all of the various classes, equipment and support you get at Fit Factory it makes staying focused and motivated a piece of cake ;)
I have a VIP Elite Membership so I can use all of the clubs! They're all clean, large, and everyone is super friendly! I LOVE all of the group fitness classes and would highly recommend this club!
Best gym ever!!! The front desk ppl are very friendly. Love all the group fitness classes, Kelsey sure knows how to make us sweat �� she is been always my inspiration. All together love to be there everyday!
I've been doing personal training with Joe Perrone for over two years, and I can't recommend him highly enough. I've never been in better condition in all my life. He even nursed be back from a broken collarbone two summers ago. After months of seeing little visual progress healing through X-rays, my doctor gave me the OK to begin PT again.
