My Daughter is in the Coast Guard and she canceled her membership. She’s been stationed in New Orleans for over a year. Someone at fit factory did not do their job when she canceled her membership. Now they are charging her money for a membership she could not use because she’s serving her country. How disgusting is it to treat a service member with such disrespect. Canceled my membership and six months later they sent me to collections for 160 dollars and refuse to remove the inaccurate information. Pretty petty for 160 dollars.

Generally I am a fan of the locations I use (Braintree, Berlin, Kingston). However, for a club that is very overcrowded, the equipment should not be on top of each other. Very difficult to load and unload free weights without bumping into someone while they are exercising. It’s not safe. Also, multiple machines out of service and not enough to support the amount of members. Getting old having to wait around for squat racks, benches and leg machines. For the first time I’m starting to enjoy the gym. Clean, fun and super friendly and supportive staff. No judgement whatsoever! The trainers work with your schedule and make each session enjoyable....highly recommend!!

This is by far one of the best gyms I have ever been to. I can’t say enough good things about the friendly staff and members are really cool. It’s always clean everyone practices safe social distancing and cleaning all equipment after use. You’ll notice that the staff Will walk around and sanitize equipment and cleaning. I highly recommend this facility as I don’t think you would be disappointed.

Cancelled my membership today after years of being a member. Very disappointed my membership automatically unfroze and I was charged an annual fee. As a healthcare worker who does not feel safe in a facility and wanted to ensure I would not spread the virus myself, I was denied a refund of the annual fee when I inquired to continue my freeze.
