Fit Factory has been the absolute worst to deal with trough the COVID crisis they continued to charge my account even though they were closed when I called to speak with Isaac he said that they were taking that money as a donation credit and that they sent an email out!??? I got ZERO e-mail or any communication from them about charges. If you are closed DO NOT charge people. I stupidly put my membership on hold and then they recently automatically starting charging my card again when they re-opened with again ZERO communicat... read more

This is the only gym that helped me get back in shape. The staff are great and very supportive in your hard work. The gym is always clean. The personal trainers are great and help you reach your goals. My doctor told me that I was overweight and I been here for 7 months and I lost 60 lbs. Sign up guys and gals.
Simple, no frills gym. Very reasonable and clean. Friendly staff.

Friendly and welcoming staff. Dave the Manager is a rockstar! It is just a welcoming experience and I like the wide range of members. Young and Old (like me), lots of women and children. Far better than the old place. I have been a member here for over 15 years!

The facilities are bright and clean. The staff is friendly and the class instructors are welcoming. The equipment is well maintained with very little downtime.
