new owner got screwed Steve Fisk sold out and is hiding in Oregon spending all the money all you suckers did for him. He got rich screwing over his vulnerable employee's, New owner paid too much becouse Steve worked for Jews that still had the first penny that they stole.
Where are the original plumbers? This is not the same Fisk it plumbing, new owners, new plumbers, new billing... my bill was triple...for a drip.. They bill by "the job", not by the hour, and do not itemize parts. Did not check their work, twice, had to come back. So sad, had use them for more then a decade. Called 3 times to discuss my bill, still waiting. Bye bye, so long..farewell.
Aim higher I see people complaining. And some are more than happy with the service. The only thing I would suggest is being there on time. Other than that, average service. Solved my problem with cables and some spare parts on the oven.
Recommended I just used this service the other day and they were excellent. Not only there were on time, the price was affordable and they did a great job. Thanks Guys
Fisk-It is My Plumber I have used Fisk-It for over 10 years. They have always provided excellent service. Recently I had a problem and called them to send someone. The fellow who answered asked me what the problem was, told me how to try to fix it. I did fix it with his intructions. He response was "I just saved you $92.00". Do you think I will continue to call them?! ABSOLUTELY I WILL CONTINUE USING THEM!! Furthermore, If you don't like their charges, call someone else. It is YOUR responsibility to find this out initially.
Beware of Fisk-it! Fisk-It used to be great, but the new owners have RUINED the business! You will be highly disappointed in their customer service and the quality (or lack there-of) of their service! Go anyplace else!
worst service ever This is the worst service in the world. The receptioist Lana is rude. Hangs up on customers. John Chin the owner does not return calls and does not stand behind his poor service. Go somewhere else!!!!
Never again!!! They charged $92 for 20 minutes of work. They then charged a $25 travel fee without mentioning that in the first place. When I called to complain, they were incredibly rude and refused to make any adjustments. We will never be using Fisk-it again!
100% Positive Experience! I recently had my plumbing back-up over the Thanksgiving Holiday with several out of town guests staying at my home. Based on recommendations of high praise, I contacted Fisk-It early on the day following Thanksgiving and was pleasantly surprised to find that they could get a plumber out within a few hours.
