My mom has been there for 24 hours for chest pain and they haven't done one test on her except a BNP every 3 hours. They are now discharging her with the SAME chest pain she went in there with!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Has definitely improved from years previously .....
My elderly mother lives with me and she's had to stay in the hospital several times. We've never had a bad experience at Fisher Titus!! The nurses are always kind and helpful, the doctors are thorough and explain things well. The hospital is always immaculate!!
The waiting time for x-rays was outrageous. You wait your turn as you check in. Then all these people get run past past you from the E.R. At not point of time does the receptionist inform you that even if your the only one left..... Some one can scoot past you. I have other appointments to keep. 50 min. Is unexceptable.
I have been laying in a e.r. bed with kidney stones for over 3 hours and still haven't seen the Dr. At all!! Nor has a nurse been in!! This is insane! No pain relief, no anything! I will never be back to this hospital. I recommend anyone go to Bellevue hospital! They are way faster and better care���
In and out in an hour. 7 stitches in my 7 year old. Always been great.
We'll first of all they put me in a dirty room again but the doctor and RN was good reffered me though to a surgeon for my son that did not accept his insurance which they called right as I was pulling in to cancel because of the insurance ya I was so mad. My kid yup is still suffering
