My experience yesterday at FTMC was amazing, nurses, and doctors were amazing. They listened, they heard me, they actually took the time to get to the bottom of what my issues were. So the staff from 7am-7pm (don't know the nurses name, short hair and older) and the PA Todd....I want to thank you, you made me feel like an actual person with an issue that needed taken care of. FTMC goes above & beyond for their patients. My boyfriend is very, very ill with a widespread infection and FTMC has treated him with the utmost care, respect, and have seriously impressed both of us and our families. After 3 weeks of him being seen at a different facility's ER multiple times and getting 0 answers, no testing besides regular labs, and ineffective treatments, we chose to come here and thank God we did! Brought my adult son into the ER and was treated with nothing but respect and the best of care. We are on the 3rd day of his stay after coming into the ER after a surgery and time in the ICU and all of the staff have been very caring, helpful and knowledgeable to what is going on with him. Thanks for all you have done.
Took my 3yr old and 4 yr old to the convenient care after a call from my little ones school....the dreaded ear infection:( staff was WONDERFUL! Short wait but very pleasant experience. Sarah NP was thorough, kind, and excellent with my not always cooperative toddlers. Treatment given had my busy boys back to themselves within days! HIGHLY recommend Fisher Titus convenient care!
Was treated great in out patient surgery. Was in and out. The nurses were all great. And Dr. Powers was awesome. Anesthesiologist what out of his way to make me feel comfortable during my nerve block. This was my 5th or 6th outpatient surgery and I'm always treated great.
